- A panel · B utilization · C clinical burden · D/E meds & immunizations: the right physician-centric questions?
- F patient dynamics (moves, insurance changes, payer mix) and G calendar & time (weekday, busiest days, gaps, tenure, new vs returning).
- I documents & pipeline (per year, text origin, availability, photos, administrative encounters).
- P the three reverse-engineered systems: eras + what we harvested from each. What else would you want counted?
- Every card has a Table view; counts < 5 are suppressed. Anything to drill into (e.g. click a problem → patient list)?
